Envoy strives to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 level AA to address the accessibility of our web content on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Our design team uses an accessibility checklist when designing new website and mobile app components. This checklist addresses design elements such as size, color, and contrast. Additional tools such as color blindness simulators and contrast checkers are also used to ensure visual accessibility.

Envoy is proud to highlight our commitment to continuous learning and development in accessible design. A portion of our design team has already completed specialized training in accessibility, and we are actively working on expanding this knowledge across the entire team.

Envoy supports 30+ languages on our Visitors Kiosk and seven languages on our Mobile app. Offering multiple languages is important to increase accessibility and ensure a positive experience for everyone who comes through your doors. A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a guide that describes how accessible a tech product is, based on the Revised 508 Standards for IT accessibility. It covers features such as screen reader compatibility, keyboard usage, and language complexity.
